I love the way that Elle Casey writes and this book, My Vampire Summer, is no different… I cannot wait for more of the series to come out! Elle Casey writes like no other author out there. Her books transport you to other times and places, her characters have an extraordinary amount of depth to them and they easily become your friends or family while you're living in their world. My Vampire Summer reads and feels more like a full novel than a novella, it's actually quite long… This was another great Elle Casey book and is just another reason why she's my all time favorite author.
I have read all of her books and am surprised by how many different characters and kinds of books she is able to dazzle with. I can honestly recommend My Vampire Summer to anyone who enjoys a good romance and wants to be enthralled. Be prepared to laugh out loud frequently!
Lots of literary inventiveness in the plotting and chunks of very good writing and characterization. It would make one hell of a movie. Or a heavenly one.

War of the Fae
Everything appears to be going according to Divine Plan. Except a somewhat fussy angel and a fast-living demon—both of whom have lived amongst Earth's mortals since The Beginning and have grown rather fond of the lifestyle—are not actually looking forward to the coming Rapture. I am always sad to see Elle's series come to an end. Her chillaxed writing style brings an amazingly personal depth to her characters. Haven is no exception.
I gave Haven the full 5 stars it deserves! Elle, you never disappoint! Thank You!! And with having a ton of TBR books on my kindle and believe me there are a lot. Elle Casey has done it again. I laughed, I cried, I wanted to scream, I held my breath, and I read non-stop from start to finish!
Elle Casey's books are stellar! This series has elements of fear, humour, survival, and romance. The characters are wonderfully developed and you race through each book needing to know what happens. When Thomas Khatt awakens to the magical world following the sudden, violent death of his elderly Archmagus neighbor, he doesn't get the standard package of awesome power combined with a hero destiny. Nope, he trades his thumbs in for a tail, tawny fur and four feet with a very low co-efficient of friction on linoleum. His destiny as one of three talking mountain lions in the magical world? To be sold at auction and bonded to some pimply faced apprentice for life. Thomas would rather eat dirty kitty litter. Armageddon Rules.
Marissa Locks, newly appointed partner of the Grimm Agency, has a reputation for making a mess of magical matters—although causing Armageddon is a new low, even for her… Marissa is due for a little happily ever after. After all, she did kill the evil Fairy Godmother, end a war, and snag a sweet promotion within the Fairy Godfather's magical-problem-solving Agency. With Grimm inexplicably gone and Ari trapped by a sleeping spell, Marissa decides to fight fire with hellfire—and accidentally begins a countdown to the apocalypse.
